This deed of Trust “VANSH SABRE SPORTS FOUNDATION” is executed on this 30th day of October 2021 (Saturday) Regd. Under registration Act 1952 vide no. 320 dated 30-10-2021 by Sh. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta S/o Lt. Sh. Kasturi Lal Gupta R/o 36 Lane No.2 Praveen Colony, Ext Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, herein after called the SETTLOR/ Secretary which expression shall deemed to include their heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns etc of the first part.

Hereinafter called “THE TRUSTEES” (which expression shall deemed to include their heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns etc) of the 2nd part. Whereas “THE SETTLOR” has established the office one room measuring 10” x 16” of the trust at First Floor on the porch situated at H.No.36, Lane No.2, Parveen Colony Ext. Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, wherein the settler has established “Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation”. Where as the Settlor and other trustees have dedicated themselves to the services and welfare of mankind and are desirous to create trust for promotion of Fencing Game and Promote International Fencer Mr. Vansh Mahajan as icon among the youngster of J&K, for the protection of environment, charitable purposes and other Social Causes. The name of the trust shall be “VANSH SABRE SPORTS FOUNDATION TRUST”
Whereas the Settler and trustees have decided to name the trust as “VANSH SABRE SPORTS FOUNDATION” and word TRUST shall be considered as synonyms of Foundation
Whereas the Settler and trustees do hereby declare that the property mentioned and detailed above is rent free office only and have no right on the said property in any kind/manner.
Further Settler and Trustees, can nominate unanimously Chairman, Vice-President and Joint Secretary to improve the working of foundation.
The settler and trustees hereby further declare that as the Settler and Trustees, the following powers shall remain with them :-
1. The Settler and trustee may at any time make such arrangements, draw up such schemes and make and frame such rules as they shall in their discretion think fit for the administration management and proper utilization of trust fund and may at anytime amend alter or repeat any of the said arrangements schemes or rules they shall think proper and expedient.
2. To spread and for achieving the objectives to establish maintain run develop, improve and grant donations in cash or kind and accept the donation in cash and kind. This will assist in the establishment maintenance.
3. That it is hereby clearly understood and expressly provided that inspite of the fact that any property, land or assets purchased or acquired in future shall be registered in the name of the trust and the same shall belong exclusively to this trust. Any individual person(s) Trustee (s) and their successors, assignees, representatives etc shall have no individual claim, title or right over the same i.e. properties, assets of land etc. Any deed or documents etc executed in respect of the said purpose shall be owned and acted upon by the Trustee(s) as if the same were executed by the Trust itself. The said property if needed shall only be disposed off with direction of the Settler and trustees in the interest of the trust. The present office of the trust is on Rent free only & has no right on the said property in any kind/ Manner.
4. To take over the management of any other such trust or any public or private institution engaged in the activities falling or connected with the objectives of the trust.
5. To appoint lawyers, pleaders, Advocates, to file and defend suits or cases, for and on behalf of the trust and or in the name of the Board of Trustee(s) and also file suits and take all the legal steps for the realization and recoveries of amounts of the trust enter into any compromise on the name of the trust with any person or persons, sign all the documents, attorneys, papers, affidavits, plaints in this connection.
6. To appear, negotiate or deal with the Government or its authorities or any of the departments, to approach the authorities for carrying out any objectives of the trust as may be deemed proper by the Board of the Trustees from time to time.
7. To appoint, discharge or terminate the services of employees, staff, workers, commercial agents or contractors for carrying out day to day work and affairs of the trust.
8. The yearly accounts of the Trust shall be calculated on every 31st March, every year and if the Trustees as desire and decide by a resolution that the accounts of the Trust be audited and examined by Chartered Accountant. Such Chartered Accountant shall be appointed or engaged by the Trust for the said purpose and the fees payable in this connection, if paid, shall be deducted from the income of the trust.
9. That in case of any dispute or disgruntlement amongst the members of the trust same shall be resolved with consent of the majority and none of the member shall have right to raise the decision of majority before the court or any adjudicating body however all the disputes shall be resolved with arbitration.
OBJECTS, AIMS AND PURPOSE
FOR WHICH THE TRUST HAS BEEN CREATED
1. To accept donation in cash or Chq or RTGS/ NEFT or Draft or any kind through proper receipts of the Foundation.
2. To release grant for advertisement in the field of “Sabre” Fencing Game only where Mr. Vansh Mahajan will participate in National and International Level tournaments (Recognised or Unrecognised Sabre Events in India or Abroad) for the exposer of Vansh in the game.
3. To protect the environment and take all necessary steps for the development of Sports field for fencing Game in Sabre Event or arrive for plantation all around the field/area.
4. To help the poor needy players, Specially who are performer in the Fencing Sabre Event Only in the shape of financially only if he/she belongs to below poverty line in the Society.
5. To publish of Books/ Souvenir/ Real life time spent in the field (Bio Graphy) of Sabre Event by Vansh Mahajan in the Shape of Books/ Souvenir
6. To publish Magazine, Newspaper in the field of “Sabre” Event including advertisement materials Etc.
7. To organise Seminar/ Workshop with collaboration with NADA or other agencies in India or Abroad to educate the players and coaches.
8. To release articles on monthly basis in the Print/Electronic media to popularize Sabre event through the medium of Ace Fencer Vansh Mahajan or on the glory of Vansh Mahajan.
9. To organise the “Attraction Seminars” with the different student of the schools to create awareness about the Fencing Sabre Event.
10. To educate the parents to adopt the Fencing “Sabre Event” by their children for their future as Fencing Game is an discipline of Olympic Games.
11. To organise “Madan Lal Sharma Sabre Cup” in Sub-Junior Category in Boys and Girls section with the collaboration of J&K Amateur Fencing Association or other agency. The International Referee and Player Sh. Rashid Ahmed Choudhary will be Director competition in both events and Mr. Ajay Khatrol International Fencer will be convenor in the both events to assist the “Director competition” for organising the mega events and “Vijay Sabre Cup” in senior category in Boys & Girls section once in a two year basis with the collaboration of J&K Amateur Fencing Association or other agency. Moreover any requirement, the foundation will approach to Fencing Association. The Foundation will arrange sponsorship for organising these two events once in a two year basis and also Issue guidelines in detail with terms and conditions for organising the said two events.
12. To organise summer coaching camps of “Sabre Event” in senior category or Junior category only with the collaboration of J&K Amateur Fencing Association.
13. To develop a website of “ Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation” for information and advertisements among the players and Public

15. To Honour and pay respect to the Sabre Fencing sports achievers with Awards to players. The officials and Promoter of the Game will also be honoured. The applications called through the medium of advertisement in media. Moreover one player from each game which comes under Asian/ Olympic Games will also be honoured.
16. To educate the youth of J&K as to the value of Fencing Game in Sabre events in Schools/ Colleges
17. To take up steps for creation/ Sanction of SAI (Sports Authority of India) centres in J&K under “Khelo India”.
18. To organise Seminars or workshops on DIET with collaboration Ditiest to educate the players and coaches.
19. To approach the Govt. to establish the “Sports University and Sports Colleges in J&K” and also adopt one Sports Subject at primary classes / level in School also.
20. To approach the government to appoint NIS diploma holders / certificate course holders/ PET/ PEM in the Schools for coaching of the game before giving the reorganization to all Private and Up gradation of Government School.
21. To take up any other such activity needed to promote Sabre Game, Vansh & the Foundation.
POWER OF THE TRUSTEES AND OTHER DUTIES
Chairman
a). Shall present in the meeting called by the Board of Trustees.
b). Shall be empowered to incurred an expenditure of Rs. 15000/- at a time.
President
a). Shall preside over the meeting of the Board of Trustees.
b). Shall be empowered to incurred an expenditure of Rs. 10,000/- at a time.
c). Delegate his powers in writing to some other trustee during his absence from the HQS.
Vice President
a). Shall preside over the meeting of the Trustee in the absence of the president with the consent of secretary.
b). Shall incurred an expenditure of Rs. 3,000/- at a time in an emergency position.
c). Shall be responsible for organization, Promotion and development of Sabre Events in J&K.
Secretary
a). Shall be present in all the meetings of the Foundation / Trust being Managing Trustee / Secretary.
b). The Meeting notice will agenda will be issued with the consent of president under the signature of secretary, with minimum clear notice of seven days.
c). Shall attend day to day business of the foundation.
d). Shall maintain record of all correspondence and the minute book of all proceeding of the meeting of the foundation.
e). Shall prepare Annual Report of the activities of the foundation before the meeting of the trustees.
f). Shall be empowered to incur an expenditure of Rs.5000/- at a time.
Joint Secretary
a). Secretary General may delegate his power in written to Joint Secretary of the foundation during his absence from HQs.
b). Shall be empowered to incur an expenditure of Rs. 3000/- at a time.
c). Shall help with Secretary to streamline the working of foundation
Treasurer
a). Shall keep an imprst money of Rs. 3000/- in hand for day to day business of the foundation.
b). Shall maintain account of the foundation
c). Shall submit annual budget for the approval of the trustees
d). Shall get the accounts of the foundation audited by a chartered accountant
e). e) Shall receive donation in Indian Currency/ Foreign Currency or contribution against proper receipts in the name of “Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation.”
Banking Accounts
An account of the Foundation shall be in the name of “VANSH SABRE SPORTS FOUNDATION” be maintained in any Bank and shall be Jointly operated by Secretary/ Treasurer/ President/ Trustee of the foundation among any two trustees but the signature of Trustee/ Treasurer is Compulsory.
Audit
The accounts of Foundation shall be audited by the chartered accountant every financial year.
Equipments and Clothing
The equipments used and clothing (T-Shirts, knickers, Track Suits) worn by Mr. Vansh Mahajan and other sponsor Sabre Players in routine or competition must be printed with foundation Logo.
Contract and Agreements
All contracts and agreement on behalf of the foundation shall be signed by the Settler/ Secretary of the foundation and same will be informed in the meeting of the trustees.
Custody of Documents
All the documents / papers of the “Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation Trust” shall remain in the custody of the Settler (Managing Trustee Secretary)
Board Members of Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation (Advisory Board)
The Settler/ Secretary and Trustee/ President will appoint or nominate some reputed persons of the society as the Patron-In-Chiefs, Patrons and “Board of Members” in the trust for obtaining their Advice, Views and Suggestions etc for the smooth functioning and development of Fencing Sabre Event in J&K. The maximum strength shall not to be exceeded 30 Board of Members
That in continuance of the above mentioned matters, the settler and the trustee can further add, amend, alter, change any terms and conditions or any matter which may be deemed to be important and necessary in the interest of the trust for time to time.
All the decision of the Board of Trustee at present shall be taken by mutual consent. The trust/ Foundation shall have right to pass any resolution with majority and any such resolution made in the trust for welfare and management of the trust/ foundation shall be treated as part of this document.
That in the case of death of a Trustee the majority of the trustees not less than three shall have the discretion to nominate any other reputed person as the Trustee.

Certificates that this is the correct copy of rules and regulations of the foundation.
